At Show & Tour, we are committed to providing the best value in our subscription services. As such, please be aware that all payment transactions made for subscription plans are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for payments that have already been processed. This policy is in place to reflect the immediate availability and access to the value offered by our services upon payment.

Subscription Plan Changes

We understand that your needs may change over time. To accommodate this, we offer the flexibility to switch between our different subscription plans at any time. If you decide that a different plan better suits your needs, you can make this change through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. These changes will be effective immediately:

  1. Upgrading a Plan: If you decide to upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan, the additional features and benefits will be available to you immediately. Upon upgrading, you will be charged the difference in price between your current plan and the upgraded plan at that time. This charge will be processed immediately to ensure uninterrupted access to the enhanced plan features. The new subscription rate will apply in your next billing cycle.
  2. Downgrading a Plan: Should you decide to downgrade your plan, this change will take effect immediately. Any unused time from your current subscription will be credited to your account for future charges. Please note that downgrading your plan may result in the loss of certain features or capacity.
  3. Switching to the Free Version: You have the option to move to our free subscription plan at any time. This change will take effect immediately. Any unused time from your current subscription will be credited to your account for future charges. The free plan includes 1 GB of storage and unlimited project delivery, which allows you to continue enjoying our services without a monthly subscription fee. Please be aware that switching to the free plan will result in reduced features compared to our paid subscription plans.
